Intrauterine adhesion (IUA) belongs to one of the most common reproductive system diseases, and the high postoperative recurrence rate of IUA makes it necessary to find out the possible causes of pathogenesis and recurrence of this disease. In the present study, the high-throughput sequencing method was applied to compare the vaginal microbiota between healthy women (HVS group) and IUA patients (IAVS group).
