The goal of this study is to study the consequence of EEC loss on the colonic epithelium through tissue specific deletion of the transcription factor Ngn3. colonic epithelial cells from 12-13 week old wild-type (Ngn3 f/f) and colonic enteroendocrine deficient (CDX2 Ngn3 f/f) animals were used for RNASeq.
本研究旨在通过组织特异性敲除转录因子神经源性分化因子3(Neurogenin 3, Ngn3),探究肠内分泌细胞(enteroendocrine cells, EEC)缺失对结肠上皮的影响。本研究选取12-13周龄野生型(Ngn3 f/f)小鼠以及结肠肠内分泌细胞缺陷型(CDX2 Ngn3 f/f)小鼠的结肠上皮细胞开展RNA测序(RNASeq)实验。
