Employees; career and mobility

This table provides figures on the career and mobility of workers in the care and well-being sector. The data can be broken down by (sub)sector, classified according to CBS’s Standard Business Classification 2008 (SBI 2008). This table has been developed within the framework of the research programme Labour Market, Care and Welfare (AZW). Data available from: 2019 Status of the figures: The figures in this table are final. Amendments as of 21 November 2023: Figures for the second quarter of 2023 have been added. An answer category has been added to the question of whether employees expect to be able to keep their job with the current employer: Don't know. This category of reply was not included in the questionnaire in previous surveys. Amendments as of 14 May 2020: In the file of the 2nd measurement 2019, a small group of respondents had been wrongly disregarded. This has been corrected. As a result of this correction, many figures from the 4th quarter of 2019 have slightly changed. When will there be new figures? The results of the measurement in the 2nd quarter of 2024 will be available in the 4th quarter of 2024.
