Kinetodesmal fibers arise from the proximal ends of the basal bodies and curve upward and to the cell’s right of the kinety. Together with kds arising from more posterior basal bodies they form a stack of overlapping fibers in the longitudinal ridge. A ribbon of microtubules also arises from the proximal end of the basal body and curves posteriorly passing to the right of the kinety. The plasma membrane and outer alveolar membrane were fragmented in this cell. TEM taken on 11/2/68 by R. Allen with Philips 300 operating at 60kV. Neg. 20,500X. Bar = 0.2µm.

肌动丝纤维源自基体的近端,向上弯曲至细胞肌动丝右侧。与源自更后侧基体的肌动丝共同构成纵向脊上的重叠纤维堆。来自基体近端的微管带也向后弯曲,穿过肌动丝右侧。该细胞的质膜和肺泡外膜发生断裂。该透射电镜图像由R. Allen于1968年11月2日使用Philips 300型仪器,在60kV的电压下拍摄。负片放大倍数为20,500倍。刻度尺为0.2微米。
