„Ich schätze meine Hände“ – Gruppentherapiekonzept zur Behandlung von Patienten mit somatoformen Störungsbildern auf der Basis der Integrativen Therapie mit Zielsetzung Erlebnisaktivierung, Psychoedukation und Ressourcenaktivierung

Die vorliegende Arbeit stellt ein Konzept zur klinischen Gruppentherapie von Patienten mit somatoformen Störungen vor mit der Zielsetzung, diese an psychotherapeutisches Vorgehen heranzuführen und für weitere Behandlung aufzuschließen und zu motivieren. Basierend auf dem Konzept des Informierten Leibes und dem Dritten Weg der Heilung und Förderung in der Integrativen Therapie nach H. G. Petzold wird ein Konzept entwickelt mit vier Modulen, die psychoedukativ, interaktionell und übend die Themen Gefühle, Selbstwert, Kommunikation und Ressourcen behandelt. Nach einer theoretischen Darstellung des Konzeptes wird die Anwendung in den Modulbausteinen Kerngruppe, Kreativ- und Körpertherapie vorgestellt. Zur Veranschaulichung der Wirksamkeit folgen zwei Prozessvignetten. Abschließend erfolgt eine kritische Würdigung der erfolgten Praxis und des klinischen Nutzens für die Behandler. The following article presents a concept for clinical group therapy for patients with psychosomatic diseases with the aim to give them an approach into psychotherapy and motivate for further treatment. Basing on the theories of the informed body and the third way of healing and fostering in Integrative Therapy of H. G. Petzold a concept will be developed with four modules, which treat in a psycho-educating, interacting and practising way the subjects feelings, one’s own worth/self-confidence, communication and resources. After a theoretical representation of the concept the modules will be presented in the practice of group therapy, creative therapy and body therapy. Two casebooks illustrate the effectiveness.
