This repository contains the Olink inflammation panel data and meta data of the 4C cohort to the publication Inflammation-based risk score predicts kidney survival in children and adults with chronic kidney disease, Bartolomeus et al. (preprint: https://doi.org/10.64898/2026.07.01.26357013) olink data: imputed values and the raw values for the OLINK inflammation panel proteins ( for the proteins with low presence, only raw values are provided) LOD for the proteins ( based on those the imputations were calculated) meta data: age, sex, eGFR and UACR are provided
