RNA Editing in Five Primary Human Immune Cells. Homo sapiens

Five primary human immune cells were purified from a donor and sequenced on a HiScan. Whole genome sequencing of the donor was performed by Complete Genomics on PBMCs. Two biological replicates of each cell type were subjected to targeted capture and re-sequencing of the transcriptome. Genome DNA from Naive CD4+ T Cells was also subjected to targeted capture and re-sequencing as well.
