资源简介:
Myeloid dendritic cells (mDC) were isolated from antiretroviral therapy (ARV)-treated and untreated people living with HIV (PLWH), and from HIV uninfected Individuals. The results indicate that mDC are altered in genes expression from PLWH. Some RNA transcriptional changes are not completely restored by ARV. This provides more data on myeloid cells, an understudied cell type, and alterations in PLWH. Peripheral blood mononuclear cells were enriched and flow cytometry-sorted to obtain purified myeloid dendritic cells from each of the donor groups. mRNA was isolated from the myeloid dendritic cells for each donor group, which included ART-treated (n=3) and Treatment-naive (n=3) PLWH, and HIV uninfected (n=4) persons. All samples were sorted with at least 2 technical replicates and microarray analyses were performed.
