本研究以优良乡土彩叶树种资源调查、收集、种苗繁育和彩叶景观林营建技术等方面开展了系统的研究,主要研究内容如下: 1.本项目在开展浙江省乡土彩叶树种资源调查的基础上,记录彩叶植物30科95种,收集优良彩叶树种33种,建立彩叶树种资源圃,根据树种彩色观觉、适应性及其它价值,多目标方法决策优选出香樟、枫香、山乌桕、黄连木、凤凰楠等10种为优良彩叶树种。 2.秋色叶树种以枫香为例、春色叶树种以香樟为例,开展了彩色植物变色机理研究,研究揭示了枫香秋叶、香樟春叶的成色机理。 3.通过种子处理、容器与基质开发、水肥调控、密度与光照控制等关键技术研究,研究建立主要彩叶树种容器苗育苗技术体系,编制了16个树种的种苗质量和苗木培育技术规程,发布2项温州地方标准规范《枫香轻型基质容器育苗技术规程》(DB 3303/T57-2015)和《樟科刨花楠、红楠、香樟、浙江楠、闽楠容器苗育苗技术规程》(DB 3303/T58-2015),获得授权发明专利1项《利用互花米草制备林木容器育苗栽培基质的方法》(专利号ZL201010590662.0)。 4.研究集成针叶林彩叶化改造技术和荒山荒地彩叶林营建技术,集成、总结4套适合山地风景林林相改造(抚育)技术模式,发布温州地方标准规范《山地生态风景林营建技术规程》(DB3303/T61-2016)。
This study conducted systematic research on the investigation, collection, seedling breeding, and colored-leaf landscape forest construction techniques of excellent native colored-leaf tree species, with the main research contents as follows:
1. Based on the investigation of native colored-leaf tree species resources in Zhejiang Province, the present study recorded 95 colored-leaf plant species belonging to 30 families, collected 33 excellent colored-leaf tree species, and established a colored-leaf tree species germplasm nursery. According to the color ornamental traits, adaptability and other utilization values of the tree species, 10 excellent colored-leaf tree species including *Cinnamomum camphora* (camphor tree), *Liquidambar formosana* (Chinese sweetgum), *Triadica cochinchinensis* (mountain tallow tree), *Pistacia chinensis* (Chinese pistache), and *Machilus phoenix* (phoebe nanmu) were selected via multi-objective decision-making.
2. Taking *Liquidambar formosana* (autumn-colored leaf tree species) and *Cinnamomum camphora* (spring-colored leaf tree species) as examples, this study carried out research on the discoloration mechanism of colored-leaf plants, and revealed the coloration mechanism of autumn leaves of *Liquidambar formosana* and spring leaves of *Cinnamomum camphora*.
3. Through research on key technologies including seed treatment, container and substrate development, water and fertilizer regulation, density and light control, this study established a container seedling cultivation technical system for major colored-leaf tree species. It compiled technical regulations for seedling quality and nursery stock cultivation for 16 tree species, and released two Wenzhou local standards: "Technical Regulations for Container Seedling Cultivation with Lightweight Substrate for *Liquidambar formosana*" (DB 3303/T57-2015) and "Technical Regulations for Container Seedling Cultivation of Lauraceae Species (*Machilus pauhoi*, *Machilus thunbergii*, *Cinnamomum camphora*, *Phoebe chekiangensis* and *Phoebe bournei*)" (DB 3303/T58-2015). Additionally, one authorized invention patent was obtained: "Method for Preparing Forest Tree Container Seedling Cultivation Substrate Using *Spartina alterniflora*" (Patent No. ZL201010590662.0).
4. This study integrated the colored-leaf transformation technology for coniferous forests and the construction technology for colored-leaf forests on barren hills and wastelands, and summarized 4 technical models suitable for stand structure transformation (tending) of mountain scenic forests. It released the Wenzhou local standard "Technical Regulations for Construction of Mountain Ecological Scenic Forests" (DB3303/T61-2016).
