Public energy service charges per operator

The CRE shall ensure the annual assessment of the amount of expenses attributable to public service tasks which are compensated under the conditions laid down in Article [L. 121-9 of the Energy Code](https://www.legifrance.gouv.fr/affichCodeArticle.do?idArticle=LEGIARTI000031814634&cidTexte=LEGITEXT000023983208). Its assessment shall cover the public energy costs to be financed in the year following the current year _N_. It takes into account the forecasts for the evolution of expenses for the year _N_ + 1 as well as the regularisation elements covering the current and previous years (foresight differences, outstanding balances, non-compensation of previous years, etc.).
