In the recurrence group, a significant shortening of overall survival (OS) was observed in the PINK1 high-expression group, suggesting the necessity of postoperative adjuvant chemotherapy to minimize recurrence in PINK1 high-expression colorectal cancer. Therefore, by understanding the biological characteristics of PINK1 High CRC through comprehensive expression analysis, the aim is to propose new postoperative adjuvant chemotherapy regimens.
