资源简介:
E.coli cells were grown in BPC containing NB media. RNA were isolated and transcriptomic profiling was done. As control E.coli cells were also grown in only NB media. The aim is to see changes in the transcriptomic profile in presence and absence of BPC. E.coli is one of the major components of human gut microbiota. BPC, BPA are a constituent of our daily useable plastics. If plastic inhibits E.coli, chance is very high that our gut microbiome will also be disturbed by BPC.
