Supporting data for 'Thermodynamic origins of two-component multiphase condensates of proteins' (2023)

This file is part of the supporting data for the manuscript 'Thermodynamic origins of two-component multiphase condensates of proteins', and contains the data used to plot the figures and the full sequence populations from the four main genetic-algorithm runs presented in the main text. An example LAMMPS input script (with pair parameters for the Mpipi coarse-grained model) used in this work and an example input configuration for a multilayered system that can be used as the initial system in a coevolution run, as well as a multilayered system containing the WT A1 LCD in the centre and its predicted partner protein are also included. The structure and contents of this file are outlined in the README file in the root directory.
