Records of cases in the area of disproportionately increased assets referred to in Article 45 ZIntPK

The records of cases in the field of disproportionately increased assets referred to in Article 45 of the ZIntPK relate to persons liable for the declaration of assets referred to in Article 41 of the ZIntPK, for which the Commission finds, on the basis of information on assets or other data, that their assets have increased disproportionately since the last declaration in relation to their income from the performance of an office or activity which they otherwise perform in accordance with the provisions and limitations of the ZIntPK and other laws, or that the value of their actual assets, which is the basis for the assessment of tax liabilities, significantly exceeds the declared value of assets. Types of personal data in the personal data collection: personal name, function or position of liable persons referred to in the first paragraph of Article 41 ZIntPK, list of notifications pursuant to Article 45(2) ZIntPK, list of notifications referred to in Article 45(4) ZIntPK, list of decisions taken pursuant to Article 45(5) ZIntPK and list of measures pursuant to Article 45(6) ZIntPK.
