The SKOV3 cells were treated with carboplatin or a combination of carboplatin and COM33 for 48h. The cells were lysed by TRIzol and total RNA was used for library construction. After cluster generation, the library preparations were sequenced on an Illumina HiSeq 4000 platform by Shanghai Life Genes Biotech Co. Ltd (Shanghai, China), and 150 bp paired-end reads were generated. After processing, filtering and checking quality, differentially expressed genes (DEGs) were screened using the following criteria: P < 0.05 and absolute log2 (fold change) > 1.0. To elucidate the underlying mechanisms of COM33 in increasing carboplatin sensitivity, we performed RNA-seq analysis using SKOV3 cells.
