Single-cell RNA sequencing of T cells from the spleen and spinal cord

The number variations and specific roles of regulatory T (Treg) cells within spinal cord injury (SCI) remain elusive. To further investigate T cell community chages post-SCI, we conducted the first single-cell RNA sequencing targeting the T cell populations within the injured spinal cord and spleen.
