Serum miRNA in atopic dermatitis patients upon anti-IL-4-alpha treatment. Bio-PAD

**Background:** Identification of biomarkers which may help monitor the course of the disease is required for a systems medicine approach and personalized treatment. Biomarkers may indicate not only the diagnosis but may predict the outcome of the targeted treatment. **Objective:** In this study we strived to identify biomarkers that are differentially expressed in atopic dermatitis patients before and after 6 months of dupilumab therapy. **Methods:** After conducting miRNA screening, we measured miRNA and in 50 atopic dermatitis patients before and 6 months after dupilumab treatment and compared their patterns in healthy individuals and psoriasis patients. **Results:** miRNA expression patterns mainly showed differences between atopic dermatitis and healthy individuals.
