This project identifies the "Physical Basis of Intelligence" by applying a Trinomial Gradient () to neural firing patterns and cognitive processing. While standard neuroscience treats consciousness as a purely electrochemical "Emergent Property," this research demonstrates that Intelligence is the geometric efficiency of a Trinomial Phase-Shift. By substituting static Mass () with Reaction Rate () in a relativistic framework, we solve the "Hard Problem of Consciousness" using the 1.523 Jonah Meta-Constant.
