Upper Brazos: Fish species CPUE

Fish species catch per unit effort (CPUE) data for sampling sites on the Upper Brazos River, Texas (2022-2025). Fish species abundances from standardized seining at each of 22 sites, monthly from September 2022 through August 2024, and seasonally for Fall 2025, Winter 2024/2025, and Spring and Summer 2025. Also fish species abundances from sampling using mini-fyke nets and minnow traps at the same sites for a subset of sampling events. Components of research project "Population assessment of Smalleye (Notropis buccula) and Sharpnose (Notropis oxyrhynchus) shiners in the Brazos River and data-driven recommendations for long-term monitoring" funded by the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts.
