Freehold of sites all owned by Rother District Council, however some site are managed under lease agreements with Parish Councils or Community Groups. Those under the management of Rother District Council are either controlled by the District of Rother Parking Places Order 1983 with charges applying or they are Amenity car parks supporting local open spaces and they are free of charge. Size of car parks range from 9 spaces to 2100 spaces A number of car parks have spaces that are operated seasonally ( Apr to Oct) Car Parks are a mix of tarmac, grass, loose stone Car Parks are a mix of marked bays and unmarked bays

停车设施，停车场，非街道停车场，付费公示停车场，便利停车场。可供停车的地块均为罗瑟区议会所有，然而部分地块由教区议会或社区团体通过租赁协议进行管理。罗瑟区议会管理的地块，部分受1983年罗瑟区停车地点令控制，并收取费用，或为支持当地开放空间的便利停车场，此类停车场免费。停车场规模从9个停车位至2100个停车位不等。部分停车场设有季节性运营的停车位（4月至10月）。停车场类型包括沥青、草地、散石路面，停车位分为标有标识和未标有标识两种。
