This dataset is compiled by integrating and aggregating the latest ERA5 reanalysis data sourced from ECMWF (European Centre for Medium-Range Weather Forecasts) into synthetic monthly data. It covers three types of solar radiation data: global total solar radiation, diffuse solar radiation and direct solar radiation. The spatial resolution of the dataset is 0.25°, with a measurement unit of MJ/m² and an accuracy of 0.01 MJ/m². All data are stored and organized in raster format. The dataset is stored in .h5 format, contains 14 individual files, and has a total data size of 3.34 GB.
