Leaf transcriptomes of oil palm (Elaeis guineensis Jacq.)- Control (unifected) and infected by Ganoderma boninense

We sequenced and compared the leaf transcriptomes of oil palm seedlings inoculated with G. boninense with that of untreated oil palm seedlings to have a glimpse of oil palm genes that are primed by G. boninense treatment.
