Acoustic conditions of the major railway axes of the Valencian Community – 4th phase

Acoustic conditions for the urban planning of large railway axes of the Valencian Community – 4th phase. Proposal of the acoustic servitude zones and defined in Law 37/2003 of 17 November 2003 on noise, as the sectors of the territory delimited in the noise maps, in which the emissions may exceed the acoustic quality objectives applicable to the corresponding acoustic areas and where restrictions may be established for certain land uses, activities, installations or buildings, with the aim, at least, of complying with the emission limit values established for those areas.
