CaSSIS Resampled Data Record (CaRDR): A Near-Global Multispectral View of Mars from CRISM-CaSSIS Resampling
收藏资源简介:
The CaSSIS Resampled Data Record (CaRDR), provides a near-global "CaSSIS-style" four-band multispectral view of the martian surface at a spatial resolution of ~90 m/pixel. By spectrally resampling the 92-band CRISM VNIR Hyperspectral Reduced Data Record (VRDR) mapping dataset into the specific spectral response functions of the ExoMars TGO CaSSIS instrument (Near-Infrared, Red, Panchromatic, and Blue), this collection bridges the gap between global hyperspectral reconnaissance and high-resolution targeted imaging. This dataset enables precise current and future orbital image acquisition by identifying colourful targets invisible in panchromatic data while facilitating regional-scale investigations into martian surface evolution and compositional heterogeneity at sub-hectometre resolutions.
