通过分析风机的风量、活性炭的装填厚度、吸附面积,分析企业废气通过活性炭时,是否有足够的停留时间,从而判定企业的活性炭治理设备是否有效运行,构建活性炭吸附设备管理体系。企业的活性炭废气处理设备的有效运行对环境空气质量起着非常重要的作用,一方面可以从地区、行业等维度分析各地市区与各行业存在的设备运行情况,剖析问题关键节点,从而提炼环保产业服务与环境监管重点对象;另一方面有利于活性炭服务产业了解服务对象的设备情况,以便开展活性炭更换、设备改造等相关工作。通过分析活性炭设备风机风量、活性炭的装填厚度和吸附面积计算活性炭设备的废气停留时间是否合理,具体过程如下:(1)根据废气停留时间的公式t=(T*S)/(Q/3600)计算设备的废气停留时间(停留时间(t)、风量(Q)、装填厚度(T)、吸附面积(S))。(2)将计算得到的数据与预警值进行比较,若停留时间小于0.75s,则触发设备参数设计异常的报警。(3)同时,可根据县市区、行业对预警结果进行筛选分析,形成分析报告。
This dataset is developed to evaluate the effective operation of enterprise activated carbon waste gas treatment equipment and build a management system for activated carbon adsorption equipment, by analyzing the fan air volume, packed activated carbon thickness and adsorption area to determine whether the enterprise's waste gas has sufficient residence time when passing through activated carbon.
The effective operation of enterprises' activated carbon waste gas treatment equipment plays a critical role in ambient air quality. On one hand, it enables analysis of equipment operation status across cities, districts and industries from regional and industrial dimensions, identifies key problem nodes, and thus identifies key targets for environmental protection industry services and environmental supervision. On the other hand, it helps the activated carbon service industry understand the equipment conditions of their clients to carry out relevant work such as activated carbon replacement and equipment renovation.
The rationality of the waste gas residence time of activated carbon equipment is calculated based on the fan air volume, packed activated carbon thickness and adsorption area, with the following specific procedures:
1. Calculate the waste gas residence time of the equipment using the formula for waste gas residence time: $t=(T*S)/(Q/3600)$, where $t$ refers to residence time, $Q$ refers to air volume, $T$ refers to packed thickness, and $S$ refers to adsorption area.
2. Compare the calculated data with the early warning threshold. If the residence time is less than 0.75s, an alarm for abnormal equipment parameter design will be triggered.
3. Additionally, the early warning results can be screened and analyzed according to county-level districts, cities and industries to form an analysis report.
