Flow cytometry data and analysis scripts for Friman et al. ("Loop extrusion dynamics and cooperative activation independently regulate enhancer-driven transcription")

Raw flow cytometry data (FCS), FlowJo workspaces with the gates, gated events, FlowJo statistics tables and sample annotations for every flow cytometry panel of Friman et al., with Python scripts that create every flow cytometry panel and source-data table from them. One zip per experiment series; README.md describes the files, the anonymised naming (replicates and days), the published panels each file belongs to and how to run the scripts. Acquisition: BD LSRFortessa (BD FACSDiva 9.2). Gating: FlowJo 10.10.0. Analysis: Python 3.9.
