Federal Air Pollutant Inventory 1990-2017.

In the Bundesländer Air Pollutant Inventory (BLI), the Federal Environment Agency assigns the national emission data from the Austrian Air Pollutant Inventory to the individual federal states. The report shows the evolution of greenhouse gases and other selected air pollutants (nitrogen oxides, sulphur dioxide, ammonia and volatile hydrocarbons without methane) for the years 1990 to 2017. For particulate matter fractions PM10 and PM2.5, the Federal Länder Air Pollutant Inventory (BLI) contains the emission data for the years 2000 to 2017. The federal states’ specific analysis is continuously supplemented by new surveys and detailed analyses of emission data and influencing factors. The Bundesländer Air Pollutant Inventory is prepared annually by the Federal Environment Agency in cooperation with the offices of the state governments.
