Asterid phylogenomics/phylotranscriptomics uncover morphological evolutionary histories and phylogenetic placement for numerous whole genome duplications

Using genomic and transcriptomic data to study the phylogeny, WGD and evoulution of the asterids. Notice: Before the end of 2023, independent analyses and publication of phylogenetics, reticulate evolution, and gene family evolution using sequence data involving more than 20 species or more than two families in this project are not allowed because we have on-going analyses.
