资源简介:
The goal of this study was to examine the effect of a mutation of core circadian clock genes (cry1a and cry1b) on the survival, behavior, microbiota composition and antiviral immune response in zebrafish larvae. Results obtained from these experiments revealed that both genes play a role in microbiome, behavior and immunity of zebrafish larvae. Those findings further prove the importance of the circadian clock and its proper function as well as its interactions within an organism.
