This study is based on unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) oblique photography technology, aiming to construct high-precision 3D real scene models and apply them to the monitoring and early warning of natural disasters such as floods and waterlogging. The eight directional pour point algorithm was used to simulate the water flow path and watershed area, achieving monitoring of water potential fluctuations. The research results have verified the reliability of the model in flood disaster monitoring, providing strong support for predicting the location of discharge outlets and planning safety checkpoints. By using tools such as Agisoft Metascape, detailed research was conducted on methods such as watershed analysis and water flow path simulation, providing effective technical support for practical applications. The construction of the model not only provides high-resolution surface information, but also intuitively displays the height changes of the terrain, providing detailed and three-dimensional data support for disaster monitoring. Through the analysis of digital elevation models, contour maps have been extracted, expanding new application potential for the development of geographic information technology. At the same time, research on flood disaster monitoring and early warning has been improved, providing more substantial contributions to the in-depth development of related fields.
