At present, there are few reports on the study of the flower color of Physalis philadelphica L. In order to clarify the metabolic characteristics of flower color of Physalis philadelphica L. and obtain key gene information of flower color metabolism, this study took the trait of flower color of Physalis philadelphica L. as the starting point, and analyzed related pigment components and relative content by HPLC.
