Single-nuclei RNA sequencing analysis from a WT mouse brain cortex after Intrathecal(IT) injection of AAV9/JeT-hSLC6A1 vector

Single-nuclei RNA sequencing analysis conducted at 6 months old from a WT mouse brain cortex, following Intrathecal(IT) injection of AAV9/JeT-hSLC6A1 vector at PND10. WT C57BL/6J mouse was IT injected with 5 µL AAV9/ JeT-SLC6A1 vector at postnatal 10 days old. At 6 months post-injection, treated mouse was perfused, the brain cortex tissue was collected and processed for Single-nuclei RNA sequencing analysis (10x Genomics)
