INSPIRE (OF) — Water Level and Temperature Data in Estonian Coastal Seas (WFS)

The hydrological monitoring network of coastal waters comprises 15 coastal sea stations. Sea level and water temperature are transmitted from automatic coastal stations. Coastal stations transmit data every 10 minutes, which move to the website of the Environment Agency’s Weather Service (hourly data is displayed in the Wiski database). The purpose of monitoring is to assess quantitative water resources, provide water level data to provide timely and reliable warnings, ensure maritime safety, etc. The results are given in relation to Amsterdam with respect to zero (cm).
