Images and Report from an Analytical Buildings Record Survey (Level 3) at Horse Stone Farm, Wrightington, West Lancashire, November 2023

This collection comprises images and a report from an analytical buildings record survey (Level 3) at Horse Stone Farm, Wrightington, Lancashire. This work was undertaken by The Archaeology Co. in November 2023. The farmhouse appears to date from the late 18th/early 19th century, constructed as a double pile farmhouse. Between 1849 and 1894, the extension to the southwest was constructed along with the barn to the south which served as a threshing barn. The northern and western extensions to the farmhouse were built in the late 20th century.
