Transcriptomics analysis of dsu and WT response to infection of U. maydis.

To investigate the different responses of WT and dsu to U. maydis, transcriptome analysis was perfromed and the results showed that reprogramming of maize transcription after infection U. maydis. The whorls leaves of WT and dsu seedlings were infected with SG200 strains at three leaves stage. Total RNA were isolated from the SG200- and mock-infected plant leaves at 4 day after infection.
