Leakage Ontology, Distributed Subjectivity, and Deferred Responsibility Niami System as a Continental Theoretical Framework

Abstract This article develops the Niami System as a continental philosophical framework for rethinking ontology, subjectivity, and ethics under conditions of systemic overflow. It argues that contemporary reality is characterized not by stable being but by structural leakage between interdependent systems of meaning production. Within this condition, subjectivity becomes distributed, meaning becomes excessive, and responsibility becomes temporally deferred rather than immediately attributable. The paper introduces four core concepts: leakage ontology, semantic overproduction, mask ontology, and responsible suspension. These concepts jointly form a non-hierarchical system in which ethics is reconfigured as threshold navigation rather than normative judgment.
