资源简介:
This repository collects the supporting material for the paper "Understanding the Concepts behind Ethics in Designing Cyber-Physical Systems through a Business Process Use Case" submitted to the 30th International Conference on Enterprise Design, Operations, and Computing. It focuses on the conceptual approach DEsign TEchniques for Cyber-Physical Ethical Systems (DeTe4CPES)** and organizes the ethical design knowledge around three core concerns for Cyber-Physical Systems (CPS):
- Privacy
- Security
- Transparency
The repository is grounded in the paper materials submitted and summarizes the main design objectives and design techniques identified for each ethical concern. These concepts are illustrated through the fire evacuation case study used in the paper, where an assisted-living CPS must coordinate emergency actions while preserving sensitive data, securing communication and actuation, and making critical decisions understandable.
- Privacy.md: summarizes the privacy-related shortcomings, design objectives, techniques, and their application in the case study.
- Security.md: summarizes the security-related shortcomings, design objectives, techniques, and their application in the case study.
- Transparency.md: summarizes the transparency-related shortcomings, design objectives, techniques, and their application in the case study.
- `img/`: contains the knowledge-graph figures associated with the three ethical concerns.
- `BPMN.pdf`: contains the BPMN model of the fire evacuation scenario.
