This project aims to identify PLX4032 resistance-associated exomic alternations in BRAF V600-mutated melanoma. Exome sequencing was performed on 2 control cell lines (A375 and DMSO-A375) and 15 captured PLX4032 resistant clones to identify alterations, and to integrate with other analysis.
