Dataset S3. D. melanogaster and Spiroplasma count tables. The main folder contains three subfolders: D.mel_T1_counts: contain Drosophila count tables for each of the treatments collected at Time Point 1 (24h PWA). D.mel_T2_counts, contains Drosophila count tables for each of the treatments collected at Time Point 2 (72h PWA).Spiroplasma_counts: contains the count tables of Spiroplasma. Two files in this folder contain the counts for all Spiroplasma treatments divided by time. For additional information see README text files inside each folder.
