This dataset contains raw PLC process monitoring logs generated during experimental research on resistive volumetric heating technology for forming biodegradable plant-based materials.

This repository is Part 3 of a multi-part collection of raw PLC process logs generated during experimental research on resistive volumetric heating technology for biodegradable materials processing.

The data were acquired from a prototype forming system developed during industrial research and experimental development activities focused on rapid manufacturing of biodegradable molded products from plant-derived materials.

The logs include time-series process parameters recorded during experimental forming cycles, including:

electrical current,

voltage,

process temperatures,

vacuum and pressure parameters,

process timing,

energy-related parameters,

safety and operational limits,

process control variables.

The datasets were generated during experimental optimization of:

moisture content,

process stability,

energy delivery,

vacuum-assisted forming conditions,

material homogeneity,

thermal process behavior.

The files represent raw research data collected directly from the PLC-controlled experimental platform and are published as part of the open dissemination of industrial research and development results related to biodegradable materials processing technologies.
