Data and pathway analysis results for Deconomix Tech Note

The here provided data is divided in three categories.

The data used for generating the deconvolution results with 8 cell types. Initial single cell data was retrieved from https://disco.bii.a-star.edu.sg/ and used for simulating artificial bulk data. Minor cell types have been grouped to form 8 major cell type populations. 

The data used for generating the deconvolution results with 18 cell types. Again, the same single cell data from https://disco.bii.a-star.edu.sg/ was used.

The TCGA data and the Reactome pathway analysis. Training data is included, but does not differ from the training set used in (1). The R script for the pathway analysis and the generated results are included. The R script uses the gene regulation matrix Delta, which was retrieved using the Deconomix tools. To generate the Delta matrix follow the provided tutorials on http://deconomix.bioinf.med.uni-goettingen.de/.
