Characterization of the zinc finger µ-protein HVO_0758 from Haloferax volcanii: biological roles, zinc binding, and NMR solution structure

Transcriptome analysis based on total RNA-seq was performed on different Haloferax volcanii strains including mutants strains iincluding deletion strains for two small proteins.
