We collected additional tumor tissues from the initial resection HCC patients for Nanostring CosMx.Run5275_LC36_T.zip file contains all the rawdata for CosMx. LC36T.cosmx.release.rds file are RDS object for LC36T's CosMx data. The metadata contains the L1, L2, OF/Non-OF annotations.
