Green Bond Impact Reporting Comparability: Data and Replication Code

This package contains data, source provenance, Python code and computational outputs supporting the study “When Can Green Bond Impact Reports Support Valid Comparisons? Environmental Definitions, Financing Boundaries and Attribution Conventions”. It covers 686 project-vintage records, a 40-project documentary coding ledger, financing reconciliations, pairwise comparisons and conditional scenario analyses. The README provides instructions for reproducing the computational checks. Computational reproduction does not establish independent human coding reliability, physical environmental outcomes or causal additionality. An earlier ADB subtotal discrepancy remains unresolved. Third-party source documents and API data retain their original providers’ rights and terms. Any licence granted by the depositor applies only to material they have the right to license .This public release excludes original source PDFs, full-page extracts and raw API responses. It includes analysis tables, verification outputs and code. Full source-level reproduction requires the omitted inputs identified in the provenance records.
