The AKT inhibitors Ipatasertib and Miransertib show differential anti-tumor activity against RMS. We use microarrays to compare the transcriptomic effects of each AKT inhibitor in RMS and to identify the diffential gene signature of each drug in RMS. Rhabdomyosarcoma fusion positive cell line (RH4) was treated with vehicle (DMSO), Ipatasertib or Miransertib for 24h. The analysis of differential expressed genes was based on the comparison of RH4 cells treated (Ipatasertib or Miransertib) versus vehicle (control) cells.
