Supplementary Data and Code for "Revisiting the Agropastoral Landscape of Çatalhöyük East Through Agent-Based Modeling (9100–8100 BP)"

This repository contains the datasets and analysis code supporting our article, "Revisiting the Agropastoral Landscape of Çatalhöyük East Through Agent-Based Modeling (9100–8100 BP)." It provides the Macrophysical Climate Model (MCM) outputs for precipitation and number of rainy days and the MedLanD Modeling Laboratory (MML) simulation outputs for each run and scenario. It also includes the scripts used to generate the figures from these outputs, as well as the scripts needed to replicate the two-way ANOVA analysis; the full ANOVA results are reported in the ESM_2.docx file in the supplementary materials. The repository includes: MCM_climate.xlsx — Macrophysical Climate Model outputs (monthly and annual precipitation, number of rainy days, and the ±15% climate scenarios). MML_data_and_scripts.zip — the raw per-run simulation outputs (population, land-cover CV, and erosion) for all scenarios, organized in the Simulation_Data/ folder, together with the Python figure-generation script and the R script that reproduces the Two-Way ANOVA tables.
