PacBio HiFi sequencing of Mycobacterium tuberculosis outbreak strains. PacBio HiFi sequencing of Mycobacterium tuberculosis outbreak strains

16 strains of the "Bernese outbreak" were sequenced to 1) assess the completeness and accuracy of assemblies created from PacBio HiFi (Sequel II) reads, and to 2) characterize the different types of DNA polymorphisms in the strains. One additional strain (N1015) was sequenced as an outgroup to guess the ancestral states of variants. The data provided here include, for each sample, the raw sequencing reads in bam format, the consensus reads in fastq, and the assemblies constructed from the consensus reads in fasta.
