Hypoxia has serious impact on benthos, we analyzed benthic bacterial, archaeal and microeukaryotic community composition and diversity using illumine MiSeq sequencing, and determined sediment geochemistry property. We found that the oxygen concentration have significant impact on bacterial community structure. Archaeal and microeukaryotic alpha diversity have significant difference among the three sediments with different oxygen concentration. Comparison of major bacterial, archaeal and microeukaryotic taxa among the three grouping, Gammaproteobacteria,Verrucomicrobia, Apicomplexa, and Raphidophyceae have significant differences. RDA results showed that bacterial, archaeal and microeukaryotic community structure all co-varied significantly with dissolved oxygen and total organic carbon.
