In upload_for_paper: run_scripts/1_extract_trajectory.py extracts player trajectories from SC2 replay JSON; 2a_archetypal_path_train.py trains a conditional RVAE and saves model/metadata; 2b_archetypal_path_plot.py generates archetypal paths and visualizations; 2_archetypal_path.py is an all‑in‑one train+generate script; 3_counterfactual.py performs counterfactual analysis and outputs reports/plots; experiments/E1_archetypal_path/run_e1.py orchestrates E1 training and plotting; experiments/E2_counterfactual/run_e2.py orchestrates E2 counterfactual analysis; experiments/E2_counterfactual/results/gen_fig4_traj_comp*.py plot actual vs archetypal trajectory comparisons; gen_fig5_feature_importance.py plots feature contribution bars and heatmaps; extract_plot_data.py exports the exact plotting data to JSON.
