Sheep CAGE-seq analysis for transcriptional start sites and validation of the ISO-seq data.

This study generated CAGE-seq libraries from RNA extracted from tissue samples from 12 Texel x Scottish Blackface sheep that were sequenced by the Edinburgh Clinical Research Facility, Univeristy of Edinburgh on the NextSeq 2000 platform with 50bp single-end reads. FAANG data are released under the Fort Lauderdale and Toronto principles 1,2. FAANG data creators reserve the right to first publication of the results obtained from using a dataset in genome wide analysis.
